Maybe its late, or just offset, but word of the week is : "Mondegreen"
As heard on CBC Radio2 this morning (they were asking for audience input), a mondegreen is a mis-heard lyric in a song. Ex: "'Scuse me while I kiss this guy"
The term arose from a poem/lyric stating that they had laid a fallen knight (Earl Amurray) on the green (They had laid him on the green) but was interpretted as Lady Mondegreen being the subject at hand.

My roommate in college came up with about 12 of these, with his own special twist... they were all meat related. "All beef wrapped around your finger" by The Police. "Bad Venison" by Bon Jovi. "Every time you go away, you take a piece of meat with you" by Paul Young. Yes, he was a Weird Al fan.
